Dear Management/Host Team,On Saturday evening around 9:00 PM, a group checked into Unit #2 and began what was a loud party. We initially tolerated the yelling, groups of people coming and going, and general noise, understanding that guests want to enjoy themselves. However, over the next few hours, we detected a strong smell of marijuana coming through our kitchen wall from Unit #2, which persisted for about an hour.Throughout the night, the disturbances continued, including ongoing yelling, hallway noise, and a very loud vehicle that arrived and departed every 30-40 minutes. The vehicle's noise was so intense that it rattled the entire building, waking us multiple times.At 1:19 AM on Sunday morning, after being repeatedly disturbed, I texted the number provided for the property door key codes to report the issue. The response was an apology and a promise to check into it and get back to me. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any further communication, and the noise, smells, and vehicle activity persisted until around 3:40 AM when it finally quieted down.This was extremely disruptive for my family, which includes six adults and five children all under 8 years old. The arguing we could hear through the wall.Other than that, there was quite a bit of pet hair on the floor in bedroom two, no hot water in the master bath shower and in bathroom one and two you ran the shower water for 2-3 minutes to have hot water.I would not recommend The Porch restaurant.

Exactly as shown and described. A little confusing to get into at first, but afterwards it was not an issue at all. A lot of places to walk to, 6 minutes from 4th st live. Short uber from the other late night spots.
