Beautiful apartment in Lousville downtown. Cozy and stylish interior design with clean & tidy kitchen and two beautiful bathrooms. My family loved it!
Great experience, easy check-in, and easy communication. This stay was a perfect spot for our family wedding weekend and we certainly would stay again!
We were in Louisville for a trade show and had 4 co-workers staying in the same place. Each of us had our own bedroom and plenty of space to spread out and stay out of each others way. The place was very clean. The kitchen was brand and the bathrooms were clean and newly remodeled. Amanda was extremely easy to reach and responsive. Next time we have an event in Louisville I would stay here again without question.

We had an incredible stay. Amazing location right next to the convention center and within walking distance of everything you want to explore in downtown Louisville. We came down for a mix of business and pleasure and this location was the best possible location. the rooms are super comfortable and still feel private. The large kitchen and lounge area were great places to hang out in-between our events and our own excursions. Would definitely stay here again.

Host was responsive and resolved all issues and went above and beyond. Interesting location and beautiful space. Great for a night out in downtown.
We were visiting for a concert at the Yum Center. The location was perfect for walking to and from as well as other attractions in the city. There was a problem with the heat which Amanda was quick to offer a solution while it was being repaired but alternate accommodations were also offered should it not get fixed. It is as pictured, comfortable, and convenient to local attractions/venues.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Hollyhock Suites will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Hollyhock Suites will match it.
